Allmendhubel, Grütschalp, and Winteregg



Yet again, the swiss ingeniously built an easy way to get to the top of a mountain and we stubbornly refused to ride. We walked to Allmendhubel, which is directly above Mürren and has great views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. We then walked to Grutschalp, a little outpost directly above Lauterbrunnen. We lunched in Winteregg, a little ski hamlet that doesn't have much going on in the summer. It was all beautiful nonetheless.

We then took our leave of Mürren and travelled across the valley to Wengen, our home for the remainder of the trip.
