Our (hopefully!) New House!

We made an offer on this house and the sellers accepted our offer. If all goes smoothly we will be closing in the next several weeks.

It is a rowhouse on the corner so we have windows on three sides and get lots of light. It is divided into two units so we will rent the apartment on the first floor--at least until we've gotten a few years of mortgage payments under our belts.

These photos are from the seller. We will have our own photos on Monday when we follow the home inspector around to all the various nooks and crannies of the house. Other than pull up the carpet upstairs and work on the hardwood floors, we probably won't be doing much before we move in. We're excited about the yard because there is plenty of room for a garden and flowers.
