Halloween in the Neighborhood

Since we are no longer on East Capitol (the prime trick-or-treating spot) and didn't get the hundreds of little kids like we used to at Margy's house (this year we only got about 25), we took a walk around the neighborhood Halloween weekend so we could still get a taste of the festivities.
